High School Workshops

Anthropology: Join Carleton’s Department of Anthropology for interactive workshops on a variety on anthropological topics.

Cognitive Science: Join Carleton’s Department of Cognitive Science for an exciting lecture themes related to time management and imagination/dreams.

Computer Science: Join Carleton’s Department of Computer Science for an interactive coding workshop!

Criminology and Criminal Justice: Join Carleton University’s Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice for a special guest lecture!

English: Join Carleton’s Department of English for an interactive workshop that gives students the opportunity to explore areas related to Arts and Culture.

Engineering and Design: Carleton’s Faculty of Engineering and Design hosts several STEM workshops and offers exclusive tours of their labs and facilities.

Humanities: Bring your class to a Humanities Lecture on English, Religion, Philosophy, History, or Political Theory.

Neuroscience: Join Dr. Matthew Holahan, professor in Carleton University’s Department of Neuroscience, for a workshop on the neurobiology of concussions. This session will feature an interactive lecture, a tour of the Neuroscience teaching labs and a general tour of the Carleton campus.

Journalism: Join Carleton’s School of Journalism and Communication for a lecture on exciting themes such as story scouting and news writing.

Physics: Carleton’s Department of Physics invites high school classes to visit the undergraduate physics labs and perform experiments.

Sociology: Join Carleton’s Department of Sociology for interactive workshops and mini-lectures.

Sprott School of Business: Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business hosts several business and math-focused workshops (on campus and in high school classrooms).
