We will also cover the post-submission phase, including how to effectively track your application status, accept an offer, pay the deposit and receive free study permit application support through BorderPass, Carleton’s trusted partner.
Session 4. Our International Students Get Jobs – Employability and Co-op
How does Carleton University help international students gain career experience during their degree? In this session, Career Services will introduce the career supports, job search resources and work-integrated learning opportunities available on campus. Learn how co-op, internships and other experiential learning opportunities can help you build skills, expand your network and prepare for your future career.
Session 5. Guaranteed On-Campus Housing and International Student Support Services
Eligible recent high school graduates are guaranteed on-campus housing, and international students also have the option to live in residence throughout their entire degree. Discover how residence life helps you build friendships, get involved on campus and make a smooth transition to university in Canada.
Session 6. Ask International Student Ambassadors About Their Carleton Experiences
Join our international student ambassadors for an interactive panel where they’ll share their experiences with academics, residence life, making friends, getting involved on campus and adjusting to life in Canada. Bring your questions and hear firsthand what it’s like to study, live and thrive at Carleton University.
