This program is intended for transfer students – Carleton students with credits transferred from another post-secondary institution.

Transfer students face unique challenges as new upper-year students joining the campus community. Making connections with other students is often key to a successful transition. Carleton is pleased to offer new transfer students the opportunity to connect with student volunteers through the First Year Connections Peer Mentorship program. New Carleton students are matched with an upper year trained Peer Mentor for the first six weeks of the Fall 2021 term. Please register by visiting this webpage.
