INITIAL SETUP OF YOUR MYCARLETONONE (MC1) ACCOUNT

1. Go to the secure MyCarletonOne website: myonesetup.carleton.ca.
2. Enter your MC1 username in the Username field.
3. In the Password field you will enter your default password. Your default password will be the first letter of your preferred first name uppercase, followed by the first letter of your last name lowercase and then your full date of birth in the form YYYYMMDD, followed by !CU. For example, Jane Doe who was born on July 25th, 1998 – Password = Jd19980725!CU
4. Upon first login, the default password must be changed.
   Your new password must be 8-15 characters in length. A minimum of 1 numeric character, 1 uppercase character and 1 lowercase character. First and Last name cannot be part of a password, nor can a User ID or Date of Birth. Special characters not allowed: “#,@&’$()/~\^|<>=;
5. Click Next. Your first-time login will also require the setup of security questions in the case that you forget your password and need to reset it.
6. Click Finish.

You are now ready to access Carleton360! Simply go to 360.carleton.ca to view your application, upload any supporting documents, and review any additional admissions requirements for your program.

FORGOT MC1 PASSWORD?

1. If you forgot your password, go to the secure MyCarletonOne website: myonesetup.carleton.ca
2. Navigate to the forgot password link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions
