Request Visits, Presentations, Brochures and More!
You are welcome to book in person or virtual visits from a Carleton Admissions Officer, get brochures, request guided virtual tours and more! We have lots of resources, including on-demand videos about applying from specific school systems (A Levels; American, Chinese and Indian High School; CAPE, IB, WAEC and more!). Have a look at Information for International School Counsellors and reach out with requests by replying to this email.
Time to Accept Offers of Admission!
Good to know: there is no financial commitment required when students accept an offer, and we don’t require final grades if they’re not yet available, but accepting will secure a spot in the program. To accept an offer students need to log in to Carleton360 to view and accept the offer on the Admission Offer Details page.
Applying for a Study Permit - Top Tips
It’s important that students apply for a study permit as soon as they accept their offer of admission. Carleton’s certified immigration advisors have put together a series of short videos about applying for a study permit, and will be available for Q&As – watch our event page for upcoming dates or contact immigration.advising@carleton.ca. Please note: Students can apply for a study permit with a conditional offer. In many cases, the conditions are that final grades are provided when they are available, so conditions are simply removed or fulfilled at that time. Typically no ‘final’ or ‘unconditional’ offers are necessary. We are happy to provide guidance on specific circumstances.
