For students who have accepted an offer of admission to Carleton University, the next step will be to register for courses.
As we approach course registration, we want to assure you that we are here to support you every step of the way. To make sure you are well-prepared, we have developed an online, step-by-step guide to registration at Carleton: admissions.carleton.ca/fall-registration. We will also be offering virtual registration workshops to make the exciting experience of choosing your courses a seamless process.
What you need to do and how we can help:
- Plan your course schedule before you register using the Timetable Builder Tool. This tool is available as of June 8, 2020 through Carleton Central and allows you to search the class schedule and build conflict-free timetables.
- Join us on Microsoft Teams for a virtual registration workshop (June 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.) and live Q&A (June 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m.). You will learn about time tickets, upcoming registration deadlines, resources and how to use the Timetable Builder Tool to build your course schedule. Links to join the virtual registration workshop and live Q&A are available on the Fall Registration website.
- Register for your courses. Registration at Carleton University begins on June 24, 2020 for students who have accepted an offer of admission. Registration is divided into registration blocks called time tickets. When your time ticket opens, you can log in to Carleton Central and register for courses. You are encouraged to register for courses in both the fall and winter terms when your time ticket opens.
Note, you can still go ahead and register even if you have conditions on your offer of admission, and before your final grades have been reviewed.
