Hi everyone!

I cannot believe that a month of school has already gone by. It has been a great start to the school year but also a busy one. As I am in the Bachelor of Commerce program, I am taking a variety of different business courses this semester. Some of the courses include Organizational Theory, Business Law and International Business. They are all very interesting courses and I am looking forward to learning more about these topics.

Hopefully all the new first year students have settled in and are taking advantage of all the great things that Carleton has to offer! One thing that I found useful was the Carleton University mobile app for current students! During the first couple days of school it really helped me when I didn’t have my timetable memorized. I was able to use the app to view class locations, Carleton news, and even my grades (just to name a few). I am sure that the map feature will be helpful for first year students who still need some help familiarizing themselves with the campus.
